PRESIDENT Peter Mutharika today drew more Democratic Progressive Party, DPP, youth to another feast at Sanjika Palace in Blantyre.
This comes barely two days after the Resident accommodated 1200 college students from various colleges at the palace.
Photos circulating on social media show hundreds of DPP cadets in party attires eating at the statehouse.
It is reported that Mutharika is trying to woo the youth to support his candidature in the 2019 elections amid the rising pressure for him to pave way for his vice, Saulos Chilima.
The President is reported to have distributed cash totaling to K24 million to the DPP college students who met him at the statehouse on Sunday.
The cash out has attracted public criticism with many questioning the origin of the money.
