SUPER LEAGUE OF MALAWI,SULOM, has announced that Be Forward Wanderers will not be given games until the National team returns from COSAFA tournament in South Africa.

This comes days after the body announced that it will not reschedule games involving clubs that have contributed more players to Malawi National Football team, Flames.

Its General Secretary, Williams Banda, says, the game between Kamuzu Barracks Football Club,FC, and Be forward Wanderers FC, scheduled for Sunday, in Lilongwe has been called-off.

This means that Wanderers, who have contributed eight players, will resume play after the COSAFA tournament which begins on Sunday 27th May.

Flames will begin it’s campaign with a game against Mauritius on Sunday in Polokwane City.
