Black Missionaries will on Friday perform at Mponela Trading Centre in a benefit live gig organized by a Roman Catholic Church located in the central region town.
The reggae band has collaborated with the Christian church to raise money amounting to K5 million for the construction of parish offices.
The show, will be staged at Mponela 1 football ground from 5 PM.
Father John Kaliwamba tells The Express that members of the church in Dowa district built a chapel and a resident priest’s house from money realised from a number of fundraising activities and donor aid.
