  1. A PORTUGUESE INJURES A MALAWIAN:
The Ministry of Home Affairs should be very careful in permitting immigrants into the country. There are some who are not having discipline. They are chaotic or hazarous to humankind.
The Ministry of Home Affairs should be like a watchdog for the entry of immigrants into the country. The Ministry should make sure that the immigrants have legal permits.
All this is due to poor administration of DPP led by Arthur Peter Muthalika.
